Strong Analytical Skills: The Intern Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Statistical And Mathematical Concepts, As Well As The Ability To Analyze And Interpret Complex Data Sets.
Knowledge Of Climate Risk: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Climate Change And Its Potential Impact On Businesses And Economies. This Includes Knowledge Of Climate-Related Risks, Such As Extreme Weather Events, Sea Level Rise, And Supply Chain Disruptions.
Familiarity With Risk Modeling Tools: Experience With Risk Modeling Software, Such As Rms, Air, Or Aon Benfield, Is Highly Desired. The Intern Should Be Able To Use These Tools To Assess And Quantify Climate Risks For Clients.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Climate Risk Intern, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Communicate Complex Concepts And Findings To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences. Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role.
