  1. Conduct financial risk assessments: The Senior Associate will be responsible for conducting thorough financial risk assessments for our clients and providing recommendations for risk management strategies.
  2. Develop innovative solutions: The Senior Associate will be expected to use their expertise and experience to develop innovative and effective solutions for our clients' risk management needs.
  3. Collaborate with team members: The Senior Associate will work closely with other team members to deliver high-quality services to our clients. This will require effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
  4. Provide strategic insights: The Senior Associate will be responsible for providing strategic insights and recommendations to help our clients improve their risk management processes and achieve their goals.
  5. Communicate with clients: The Senior Associate will be required to communicate with clients regularly, understand their needs, and provide them with updates on project progress and findings.
  6. Conduct research and analysis: The Senior Associate will be responsible for conducting research and analysis on financial risk management trends, best practices, and regulations to stay updated and provide valuable insights to clients.
  7. Identify opportunities for improvement: The Senior Associate will proactively identify opportunities for improvement in our clients' risk management processes and provide recommendations for implementing changes.
  8. Manage project timelines and deliverables: The Senior Associate will be responsible for managing project timelines and ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  9. Mentor and train junior team members: The Senior Associate will play a key role in mentoring and training junior team members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge in financial risk management.
  10. Stay updated on industry developments: The Senior Associate will be expected to stay updated on the latest industry developments, regulations, and trends related to financial risk management, and apply that knowledge to their work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Risk Management, Preferably In A Consulting Or Advisory Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Financial Risk Management, Such As Basel Iii, Dodd-Frank Act, And Ifrs 9.

  • Proven Experience In Leading And Executing Risk Transformation Projects Within Financial Services Organizations.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks And Provide Strategic Solutions For Clients.
