- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes to ensure the reliability and quality of products and services.
- Conduct thorough and comprehensive testing of products and services to identify any defects or issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality assurance methodologies.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to ensure quality requirements are understood and met.
- Lead and participate in quality audits and reviews to identify potential areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports.
- Act as a subject matter expert on quality assurance processes and techniques, providing guidance and training to team members as needed.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, Such As Industrial Engineering Or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering Or A Related Field, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Quality Management Systems, Including Iso 9001 And Six Sigma Methodologies.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Quality Issues In A Timely Manner.
Experience With Project Management And The Ability To Lead And Mentor Junior Team Members.
