  1. Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality in our products and services.
  2. Lead a team of quality assurance professionals and provide guidance, training and support to ensure consistent and effective execution of quality assurance processes.
  3. Conduct thorough quality reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance product and service quality.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document quality standards and requirements.
  5. Monitor and report on quality metrics to senior management to facilitate decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  6. Drive problem-solving and root cause analysis efforts to address quality issues and identify preventive measures.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance and incorporate them into the organization's processes.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality objectives and promote a culture of quality across the organization.
  9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  10. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members to foster their professional growth and development.
