- Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of pharmaceutical and medical technology products for clients in the healthcare sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the entire supply chain process, including sourcing, procurement, production, and delivery.
- Conduct thorough analysis of supply chain data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards in the healthcare sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to drive high performance and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical and medical technology industries, including current market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to optimize supply chain processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with PwC consulting teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management Within The Pharmaceutical And Medical Technology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Global Supply Chain Processes, Regulations, And Industry Best Practices.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing End-To-End Supply Chain Operations, Including Sourcing, Procurement, Logistics, And Distribution.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
