- Develop and implement an internal communications strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives and goals.
- Work closely with the Human Capital team to ensure that all internal communications initiatives are in line with the company's culture and values.
- Create and manage all internal communications channels, including email newsletters, intranet, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather content and information for internal communications.
- Write and edit internal communications materials, including company announcements, newsletters, and memos.
- Coordinate and manage company-wide events and initiatives to promote employee engagement and strengthen company culture.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communications efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal communications to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
- Act as a liaison between the company's leadership team and employees, ensuring effective communication and transparency.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the internal communications team, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Communications, Human Resources, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Communications Or Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Professional Services Or Corporate Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Human Resources And Employee Engagement Strategies.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Create And Deliver Engaging And Informative Communications To Large Audiences.
Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Projects, With The Ability To Collaborate And Communicate Effectively With Various Stakeholders.
