Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement organizational change management strategies and processes to ensure successful delivery of services to PwC clients.
- Lead a team of change management professionals to ensure successful delivery of services to PwC clients.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to create a positive, collaborative, and effective environment that encourages people to continuously learn and grow.
- Utilize a variety of change management models and best practices to ensure effective implementation.
- Monitor project progress and manage multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior change management professionals.
- Support the development of change management project plans, training materials, and communications materials.
- Analyze current processes and develop innovative solutions to improve efficiency.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
- Keep senior management informed of project progress and milestones.
