  1. Oversee the end-to-end processes of the Order to Cash cycle, ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments from customers.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and enhance financial performance.
  3. Lead and manage a team of Order to Cash specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, customer service, and finance, to resolve any issues and streamline processes.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate timely payments and resolve any disputes.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to Order to Cash processes.
  8. Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  9. Proactively identify and address any potential risks or issues that may impact the Order to Cash cycle.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and drive efficiency.
  11. Provide regular reports and updates to management on the performance of the Order to Cash function.
  12. Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  13. Act as a point of contact for escalations and customer inquiries related to Order to Cash processes.
  14. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Order To Cash Process Management, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Environment

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Systems, Specifically In The Areas Of Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, And Collections

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team

  • Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Regulations Related To Order To Cash Processes, Such As Asc 606 And Ifrs 15.
