  1. Develop and implement Oracle MDM solutions for clients to optimize their data management processes.
  2. Lead and manage a team of data management professionals, including assigning tasks and providing guidance and support.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and provide recommendations for the best data management solutions.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Oracle MDM technology to ensure the most effective solutions are implemented.
  5. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to provide updates and progress reports.
  6. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or roadblocks during the implementation of Oracle MDM solutions.
  7. Train and develop team members on Oracle MDM best practices and new technologies.
  8. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for Oracle MDM projects.
  9. Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve data management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on Oracle MDM and provide guidance and support to clients and team members.
  12. Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure seamless integration and alignment of data management processes.
  13. Represent the company and promote its services to potential clients at industry events and conferences.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development in the field of data management.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Oracle Master Data Management (Mdm) Tools And Technologies, Such As Oracle Customer Hub, Oracle Product Hub, And Oracle Data Relationship Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Governance Principles And Best Practices, With The Ability To Design And Implement Mdm Solutions That Align With Business Goals And Objectives.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Mdm Projects, Including Project Planning, Resource Management, And Stakeholder Communication.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Data Management Issues.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Present Mdm Solutions To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
