- Lead the implementation and maintenance of Oracle Master Data Management solutions for our clients.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Master Data Management, staying up-to-date on the latest technology and industry trends.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop data management strategies to meet their objectives.
- Design and implement data governance policies and procedures for clients' data management processes.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for Oracle Master Data Management projects.
- Train and mentor junior team members on Oracle Master Data Management best practices.
- Monitor and track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
- Conduct data quality assessments and implement data cleansing and enrichment techniques.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of Oracle Master Data Management with other systems and applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Master Data Management solutions.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the data management practice.

Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices: A Oracle Mdm Lead Should Be Familiar With Industry Best Practices And Standards For Data Management, Including Data Governance, Data Quality, And Data Integration.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Lead, The Candidate Should Have Experience Managing Teams And Mentoring Junior Team Members. They Should Also Be Able To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
