  1. Lead the implementation and maintenance of Oracle Master Data Management solutions for our clients.
  2. Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Master Data Management, staying up-to-date on the latest technology and industry trends.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop data management strategies to meet their objectives.
  4. Design and implement data governance policies and procedures for clients' data management processes.
  5. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for Oracle Master Data Management projects.
  6. Train and mentor junior team members on Oracle Master Data Management best practices.
  7. Monitor and track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
  8. Conduct data quality assessments and implement data cleansing and enrichment techniques.
  9. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of Oracle Master Data Management with other systems and applications.
  10. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Master Data Management solutions.
  11. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the data management practice.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Mdm Implementation Projects And Managing Project Teams. They Should Also Be Able To Effectively Communicate Project Progress And Manage Timelines And Deliverables.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices: A Oracle Mdm Lead Should Be Familiar With Industry Best Practices And Standards For Data Management, Including Data Governance, Data Quality, And Data Integration.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Lead, The Candidate Should Have Experience Managing Teams And Mentoring Junior Team Members. They Should Also Be Able To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Excellent Communication And Client Management Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication Skills And Be Able To Effectively Manage Client Relationships. They Should Also Be Able To Present Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders In A Clear And Concise Manner.
