- Provide exceptional support to clients utilizing Oracle HCM Cloud by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
- Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle HCM Cloud and serve as a primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries.
- Lead and manage a team of product support and business analysts, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables and exceptional client service.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and requirements to develop effective solutions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, implementation, and development, to ensure seamless integration and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest updates and enhancements to the Oracle HCM Cloud platform and communicate relevant information to clients and team members.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor in all matters related to Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Utilize project management methodologies to effectively plan and execute projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of product support and business analysis.
- Contribute to business development efforts by participating in client presentations and proposals and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Keep accurate records of all client interactions, issues, and resolutions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Serve as a role model for team members, demonstrating a strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and commitment to excellence.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Oracle Hcm Cloud Product Support And Configuration.
