Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Field Service-Manager to join the team at PricewaterhouseCoopers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and a proven track record of success working with Oracle solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle Field Service, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and a customer-oriented approach. The successful candidate will be expected to manage the delivery of Oracle Field Service projects, from implementation through to customer satisfaction. They will be accountable for the successful implementation of Oracle Field Service solutions and the delivery of customer-centric results. The ideal candidate should possess:• Significant experience in Oracle Field Service• An understanding of Oracle products and services• Proven project management skills• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities• Leadership and innovation abilities• Excellent organizational and time-management skills• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and compliance requirements

Responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation of Oracle Field Service projects from start to finish. • Ensure successful implementation of Oracle Field Service solutions. • Provide customer-centric results. • Analyze customer needs and develop effective solutions to meet their requirements. • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take corrective action as necessary. • Lead and innovate the development of Oracle Field Service products and services. • Oversee the development and application of relevant industry standards and compliance requirements. • Utilize strong problem-solving and organizational skills to manage the delivery of Oracle Field Service projects effectively. • Actively participate in the development and implementation of customer service strategies. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Field Service customers. • Maintain an excellent understanding of Oracle products and services. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful delivery of Oracle Field Service projects. • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide exceptional customer service.
