  1. Design and implement Oracle Field Service solutions for clients based on their specific business needs and requirements.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their current processes and systems, identify pain points, and develop recommendations for improvement using Oracle Field Service.
  3. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the successful integration and performance of Oracle Field Service.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle Field Service, providing guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
  5. Create and deliver training to clients and internal teams on the functionality and capabilities of Oracle Field Service.
  6. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Field Service implementation.
  8. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Oracle Field Service and make recommendations for process improvements.
  9. Ensure the timely completion of project deliverables within budget and scope.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to drive successful outcomes for clients.
  11. Participate in sales calls and presentations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of Oracle Field Service.
  12. Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and make strategic recommendations to stay ahead of the competition.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  14. Continuously expand knowledge and skills through training, certifications, and self-study in Oracle Field Service and related technologies.
  15. Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and tools related to Oracle Field Service implementation.

Job Qualifications

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Oracle Field Service Software And Its Implementation Process, Including Experience With Configuring And Customizing The Software To Meet Client Needs.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead A Team And Manage Project Timelines And Budgets.

  • Experience Working With Clients To Gather Requirements, Analyze Business Processes, And Provide Recommendations For Optimizing Their Use Of Oracle Field Service.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Experience With Other Oracle Products, Such As Oracle Service Cloud Or Oracle E-Business Suite, Is Preferred.
