- Lead and manage Oracle EPM projects for clients, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services.
- Utilize expertise in Oracle EPM to provide strategic insights and solutions to clients, helping to improve their financial performance.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and evaluations of client financial processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Oracle EPM solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in Oracle EPM, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional customer service.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
- Assist with business development efforts, including client presentations and proposals, to expand the firm's Oracle EPM services.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
- Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge in Oracle EPM and related areas.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Implementing And Supporting Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (Epm) Solutions.
Proficiency In Oracle Epm Suite Including Hyperion Financial Management, Planning And Budgeting, Essbase, And Financial Data Quality Management.
Knowledge Of Accounting Principles And Financial Processes, As Well As Understanding Of Financial Reporting And Analysis.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues Related To Oracle Epm.
