In this role, you will lead a team of experts to provide strategic direction and implement security measures for our clients' Oracle Cloud systems.   1. Develop and implement security strategies and controls for clients' Oracle Cloud systems, ensuring the protection of confidential data.
  2. Lead and manage a team of experts to provide guidance and support on Oracle Cloud security and controls.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in Oracle Cloud security, and utilize this knowledge to enhance our services.
  4. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing recommendations and solutions to improve their Oracle Cloud security posture.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities in clients' Oracle Cloud systems.
  6. Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to Oracle Cloud security.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their unique security needs and proactively addressing any concerns or issues.
  8. Provide training and guidance to clients and internal team members on Oracle Cloud security best practices.
  9. Monitor and analyze security logs and data to identify potential security incidents and respond accordingly.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on Oracle Cloud security, providing thought leadership and insights to drive continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Oracle Cloud Security: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Oracle Cloud Security And Be Able To Effectively Manage And Mitigate Security Risks Associated With The Platform.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance: The Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Gdpr And Hipaa, And Be Able To Ensure That The Organization's Oracle Cloud Environment Is In Compliance With These Standards.

  • Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Managing Security Controls: The Candidate Should Have A Demonstrated Ability To Design, Implement, And Manage Security Controls In An Oracle Cloud Environment. This Includes Experience With Identity And Access Management, Network Security, And Data Protection.

  • Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Director-Level Position, Strong Leadership And Communication Skills Are A Must. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Lead A Team, Collaborate With Other Departments, And Communicate Complex Security Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Relevant Certifications: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Relevant Certifications, Such As The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Security Associate Or Professional Certification, To Demonstrate Their Expertise In Oracle Cloud Security. Other Relevant Certifications, Such As Cissp Or Cism, May Also Be Beneficial.
