- Lead and manage projects related to Oracle Cloud Finance, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their business requirements.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on all aspects of Oracle Cloud Finance, including implementation, integration, and optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Oracle Cloud Finance and proactively identify opportunities to enhance services and offerings to clients.
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any potential risks or issues and taking necessary corrective actions.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge in Oracle Cloud Finance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development efforts.
- Uphold the company's values and adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure compliance and ethical standards are met.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Implementing And Managing Oracle Cloud Finance Solutions.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Processes And Systems, Including In-Depth Knowledge Of Oracle Cloud Finance Modules.
Proven Experience Leading And Managing Teams, As Well As Executing Complex Projects Within Deadline And Budget Constraints.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
