- Design and implement complex ERP solutions for clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop project plans, and ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Develop and maintain technical architecture and design documentation.
- Lead and mentor junior team members in technical design and implementation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the ERP industry, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project managers and other team members.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing ERP systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Ensure the security, stability, and scalability of ERP solutions.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to integrate third-party applications with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and clients.
- Adhere to project timelines and budgets.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend enhancements to processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality.
Strong Technical Knowledge And Experience With Microsoft Dynamics 365 Erp, Including Implementation, Customization, And Integration.
Extensive Understanding Of Erp Architecture And Design Principles, As Well As Current Industry Trends And Best Practices.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Large-Scale Erp Implementation Projects.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Relevant Certifications, Such As Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance And Operations Functional Consultant Associate Or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert.
