  1. Provide technical leadership and guidance to clients in the implementation and optimization of Microsoft D365 CRM.
  2. Design and implement innovative solutions for clients using Microsoft D365 CRM.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  4. Serve as the subject matter expert for all technical aspects of Microsoft D365 CRM.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to Microsoft D365 CRM.
  6. Manage and mentor a team of technical resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  7. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents and technical specifications.
  8. Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to provide updates on project progress and gather feedback.
  9. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  10. Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  11. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and provide technical expertise in proposal development.
  12. Continuously assess and improve the technical capabilities of the team, including training and development.
  13. Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of technical issues.
  14. Keep abreast of new features and updates in Microsoft D365 CRM and make recommendations for their implementation.
  15. Adhere to project timelines and budgets and provide timely updates to project managers.
  16. Demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and how they can be supported and improved through technology.
  17. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
