Are you an experienced Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Tax Manager looking to join a dynamic and innovative team at one of the world’s largest professional services firm? If so, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) is looking for you!We are seeking an individual with prior experience in M&A Tax and a proven track record of success in successfully leading M&A projects for a wide variety of clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US and global M&A tax landscape and the ability to drive value from complex M&A transactions.In addition to a professional demeanor and exceptional communication skills, the successful candidate will possess a CPA certification and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a M&A tax role.
