  1. Develop and maintain technical solutions using Maximo to meet business requirements and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with project teams to design, implement and support Maximo systems and integrations.
  3. Conduct analysis and provide recommendations for Maximo system improvements and enhancements.
  4. Lead the design and development of Maximo customizations, extensions, and integrations.
  5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and clients on Maximo best practices and methodologies.
  6. Perform system configurations, data migrations, and troubleshooting to ensure successful implementation and operation of Maximo.
  7. Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials for Maximo systems.
  8. Stay updated on the latest Maximo versions, features, and functionalities to ensure optimal system performance.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any technical issues or roadblocks.
  10. Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including project managers, business analysts, and clients.
  11. Participate in project planning and estimation activities related to Maximo implementations.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members on Maximo technical concepts and best practices.
  13. Continuously improve and optimize Maximo processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Stay current with industry trends and developments related to Maximo and recommend new technologies and processes to enhance the system.
  15. Adhere to PwC's standards and guidelines for quality, security, and compliance in all Maximo implementations.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Expertise In Maximo Software: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Maximo Platform, Including Its Architecture, Data Model, And Customization Capabilities. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing And Configuring Maximo For Various Industries And Business Processes.

  • Extensive Experience In System Integration: A Maximo Technical Architect At Pricewaterhousecoopers Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Integrating Maximo With Other Enterprise Systems Such As Erp, Cmms, And Eam. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Integration Protocols And Tools, Such As Rest Apis, Soap, And Esbs.

  • Project Management Skills: As A Key Member Of The Consulting Team, The Maximo Technical Architect Will Be Responsible For Managing And Delivering Complex Maximo Implementation Projects. This Requires Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan, Execute, And Monitor Project Tasks, Manage Client Expectations, And Ensure Timely Delivery.

  • Business Process Knowledge: Pricewaterhousecoopers Works With Clients From Various Industries, And The Maximo Technical Architect Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Their Business Processes. This Includes Asset Management, Maintenance, Inventory Management, Procurement, And Other Related Processes. They Should Also Have Experience In Designing And Optimizing Business Processes Using Maximo.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Consulting Team, The Maximo Technical Architect Will Be Required To Communicate Effectively With Clients, Project Stakeholders, And Team Members. They Should Be Able To Articulate Technical Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner And Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver Successful Projects.
