  1. Design and implement Maximo solutions for our clients based on their specific needs and requirements.
  2. Maintain and continuously optimize existing Maximo solutions to ensure they are functioning efficiently and effectively.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest Maximo features and advancements to ensure our clients are using the most advanced and relevant technology.
  4. Collaborate with clients and project teams to identify and understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions using Maximo.
  5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and clients on Maximo capabilities, best practices, and industry standards.
  6. Lead and manage the implementation of Maximo solutions, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Maximo implementation and integration.
  8. Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet client requirements and are error-free.
  9. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management, to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members on Maximo architecture and development best practices.
  11. Proactively identify opportunities to improve and enhance Maximo solutions for clients.
  12. Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards set by the company.
  13. Keep detailed documentation of all Maximo solutions and processes for future reference.
  14. Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in Maximo to continually enhance our services and offerings.
  15. Represent the company as a subject matter expert in Maximo at industry events and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Ibm Maximo Software: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working With Maximo And Be Well-Versed In Its Various Modules, Features, And Integrations.

  • Strong Technical Background: A Maximo Technical Architect Should Have A Strong Understanding Of System Architecture, Database Management, And Programming Languages Such As Sql, Java, And Javascript.

  • Project Management Skills: Pwc Is Seeking A Candidate Who Can Lead Complex Maximo Implementation Projects From Start To Finish, With A Proven Track Record In Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Communication And Collaboration: As A Technical Architect, The Candidate Will Be Required To Work Closely With Clients, Project Teams, And Other Stakeholders. Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Industry Knowledge: Pwc Serves Clients In Various Industries, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Industry-Specific Processes And Requirements To Provide Effective Maximo Solutions.
