  1. Participate in client meetings and discussions to understand their asset management needs and provide expert advice on how to optimize their processes using Maximo software.
  2. Work closely with the project team to analyze client requirements and design tailored solutions using Maximo.
  3. Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to Maximo software.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  5. Configure, customize, and implement Maximo software to meet client needs, ensuring high quality deliverables.
  6. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
  7. Conduct user training and create user manuals and documentation as needed.
  8. Perform data analysis and provide recommendations for improving client asset management processes.
  9. Communicate effectively with clients to address their concerns and provide updates on project progress.
  10. Stay informed about new features and updates in Maximo software and make recommendations for their implementation in client projects.
  11. Mentor and guide junior team members and share expertise to continuously improve the team's knowledge and skills.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while performing job duties.
  13. Continuously improve personal knowledge and skills related to Maximo and asset management through training and self-study.
  14. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and promote PwC's Maximo consulting services.
  15. Represent PwC in professional and industry events, conferences, and seminars related to Maximo software.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience With Implementing And Supporting Ibm Maximo Software.

  • Strong Understanding Of Asset Management Processes And Industry Best Practices.

  • Experience With Project Management, Including Scoping, Planning, And Executing Maximo Implementations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Clients And Team Members At All Levels.
