  1. Develop and implement maintenance and reliability strategies to ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of manufacturing processes.
  2. Oversee the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  3. Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements that enhance reliability and reduce costs.
  5. Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing equipment to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
  6. Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance program to schedule and track routine maintenance tasks.
  7. Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and implement corrective actions to prevent future breakdowns.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in maintenance and reliability techniques, implementing new strategies and technologies as appropriate.
  9. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the maintenance team.
  10. Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace by promoting equal opportunities and creating an environment of respect and collaboration.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to provide updates on maintenance and reliability initiatives and address any concerns or issues.
  12. Manage the maintenance budget, tracking and controlling expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers to secure necessary parts and services for maintenance and repairs.
  14. Train and mentor maintenance technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge and promote career development.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Continuous Improvement Methodologies.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Manufacturing Or Industrial Maintenance.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Maintenance Or Reliability Management Role In A Manufacturing Environment.

  • Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Managing Preventative Maintenance Programs To Improve Reliability And Reduce Downtime.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments To Achieve Production Goals.
