In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and reliability programs, implementing strategies to improve equipment performance, and managing a team of technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing maintenance and possess excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.   1. Oversee maintenance and reliability programs for all manufacturing equipment.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  3. Manage a team of technicians and provide guidance and support in their daily tasks.
  4. Monitor and track equipment performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address maintenance and reliability issues and develop solutions.
  6. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
  7. Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and budgets.
  8. Analyze data and reports to identify trends and make informed decisions on equipment maintenance and repairs.
  9. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors for equipment repairs and maintenance services.
  10. Train and mentor team members to ensure a high level of technical expertise and knowledge.
  11. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and increase efficiency.
  12. Manage inventory and procurement of spare parts and equipment.
  13. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  14. Investigate and troubleshoot equipment failures and develop corrective action plans.
  15. Communicate with upper management and other departments to provide updates on maintenance and reliability activities and issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Preferably In Mechanical Or Electrical Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Maintenance Or Reliability Management Role In A Manufacturing Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Maintenance Best Practices, Including Preventive And Predictive Maintenance Techniques.

  • Proven Track Record Of Implementing Successful Maintenance And Reliability Programs To Improve Equipment Uptime And Reduce Costs.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team Of Maintenance Professionals.
