  1. Oversee the maintenance and reliability operations of our manufacturing facilities.
  2. Develop and implement maintenance and reliability strategies to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  3. Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
  4. Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify potential issues and proactively implement solutions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  6. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify and address any potential safety hazards.
  7. Manage the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for necessary equipment and parts.
  9. Train and develop maintenance staff to ensure a skilled and knowledgeable team.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to continuously improve maintenance and reliability processes.
  11. Develop and maintain maintenance and reliability metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  12. Communicate with upper management and other stakeholders about maintenance and reliability activities and progress.
  13. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  14. Handle any emergency maintenance situations in a timely and efficient manner.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and employee engagement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Preferably Mechanical Or Electrical Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Maintenance And Reliability Management In A Manufacturing Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Maintenance And Reliability Best Practices And Methodologies, Such As Tpm And Six Sigma.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Experience With Implementing And Managing Cmms (Computerized Maintenance Management System) And Other Maintenance Software.
