- Foster a culture of safety and quality within the maintenance team and ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate regularly with senior management on maintenance performance, issues, and initiatives.
- Identify and manage external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance services.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the maintenance team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field: A Strong Background In Engineering Is Crucial For A Manufacturing Maintenance & Reliability Manager, As They Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Maintenance And Reliability Of Manufacturing Equipment And Processes.
