We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance & Reliability Manager to join our dynamic team. As the leader of our maintenance and reliability function, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing operations. With your expertise and leadership, you will oversee the maintenance and reliability strategy, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure the highest level of equipment reliability and availability.   1. Develop and implement maintenance and reliability strategies to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing operations.
  2. Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure timely and effective maintenance of all equipment.
  3. Monitor and analyze equipment performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  4. Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance program to minimize equipment downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
  5. Implement and manage a spare parts inventory system to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replacement of critical parts.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
  7. Conduct regular audits and inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  8. Oversee the training and development of maintenance technicians to continuously improve their technical skills and knowledge.
  9. Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high levels of equipment reliability.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in maintenance and reliability practices, and implement best practices to drive operational excellence.
  11. Foster a culture of safety and quality within the maintenance team and ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies and procedures.
  12. Communicate regularly with senior management on maintenance performance, issues, and initiatives.
  13. Identify and manage external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance services.
  14. Provide leadership and mentorship to the maintenance team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  15. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to maintenance and reliability in the manufacturing industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field: A Strong Background In Engineering Is Crucial For A Manufacturing Maintenance & Reliability Manager, As They Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Maintenance And Reliability Of Manufacturing Equipment And Processes.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Maintenance And Reliability Management: Pricewaterhousecoopers Is Looking For A Candidate Who Has Extensive Experience In Managing Maintenance And Reliability In A Manufacturing Setting. This Experience Should Include Developing And Implementing Maintenance Strategies, Managing A Team, And Optimizing Equipment Uptime And Efficiency.
