Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In A Consulting Or Accounting Firm.
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Ability To Manage And Develop A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients And Senior Management.
