10. Proactively identify and communicate potential project risks and issues related to testing, and work with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans.
11. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards, policies, and procedures related to testing and quality assurance.
12. Serve as a subject matter expert on testing processes and tools within the Salesforce environment, and provide training and support to team members as needed.
13. Continuously strive for process improvement and efficiency, identifying and implementing opportunities to streamline and optimize the testing process.
14. Participate in project planning and estimation, providing input on testing efforts and timelines.
15. Act as a liaison between the project team and client, providing updates and addressing any testing-related concerns or questions.
