- Coordinate and manage projects related to SAP systems within the Managed Services team.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
- Utilize SAP systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and report on project status, identifying any potential risks or issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Provide support and training to team members on SAP systems and project management processes.

Extensive Sap Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Sap Systems And Processes, With A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Sap In A Project Management Or Analyst Role. This Experience Should Include Implementing, Upgrading, And/Or Supporting Sap Software.
Project Management Skills: As A Pmo Analyst, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Ensuring They Are Delivered On Time And Within Budget. Therefore, Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Create Project Plans, Track Progress, And Mitigate Risks, Are Essential.
Knowledge Of Managed Services: The Pmo Analyst Will Be Supporting Managed Services Projects, So They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Managed Services Model And How It Differs From Traditional Project Delivery. This Includes Knowledge Of Service Level Agreements, Performance Metrics, And Vendor Management.
Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Role Will Require The Individual To Analyze Large Amounts Of Data, Identify Trends And Patterns, And Provide Insights To Support Decision-Making. Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills Are Critical To Success In This Position.
Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Pmo Analyst Will Work Closely With Various Stakeholders, Including Clients, Project Teams, And Vendors. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Necessary To Effectively Manage Relationships And Ensure Project Success. This Includes The Ability To Communicate Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
