  1. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives for payroll operations and human capital management in line with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  3. Oversee all aspects of payroll processing, including but not limited to, tax compliance, benefit deductions, and time tracking.
  4. Continuously monitor and improve processes to increase efficiency and accuracy of payroll services.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of payroll services to clients.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in payroll and human capital management and incorporate them into the company's processes.
  7. Manage relationships with clients and act as a point of contact for any payroll-related inquiries or concerns.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to payroll and human resources.
  9. Prepare and analyze payroll reports and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  10. Train and educate team members on new processes, systems, and changes in regulations.
  11. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  12. Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll data for financial reporting.
  13. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
  14. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in payroll processing.
  15. Participate in special projects or initiatives related to payroll or human capital management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Payroll Administration And Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Payroll Laws And Regulations, Including Tax Laws And Compliance Requirements.

  • Experience Working With A Variety Of Hris And Payroll Systems, Such As Adp, Workday, And Sap.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Oversee A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.
