  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of federal and state regulations related to managed care compliance.
  2. Monitor and assess changes in regulatory requirements and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with clients to identify potential compliance gaps and develop strategies to address them.
  4. Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to regulations and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Advise clients on best practices for managing compliance risks and developing effective compliance programs.
  6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in managed care compliance to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  7. Assist clients in responding to compliance inquiries and investigations from regulatory bodies.
  8. Create and deliver training programs for clients on relevant compliance topics.
  9. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance considerations are integrated into business processes and projects.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of compliance activities and findings.
  11. Communicate and report on compliance issues and progress to senior management.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on managed care compliance, providing guidance and support to colleagues and clients.
  13. Continuously identify opportunities to improve and streamline compliance processes and procedures.
  14. Uphold the highest ethical standards and promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
  15. Represent the company at industry conferences and events to stay updated on the latest developments in managed care compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managed Care Compliance, Preferably In A Consulting Or Healthcare Organization

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Managed Care, Including Hipaa, Stark Law, And Anti-Kickback Statute

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Operations, Including Claims Processing, Provider Contracting, And Utilization Management

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Manage Client Relationships
