  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive managed care compliance program in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop corrective action plans.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure compliance throughout the organization.
  4. Stay up-to-date on all relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to managed care compliance.
  5. Train and educate employees on compliance policies and procedures to promote a culture of compliance.
  6. Monitor and track compliance metrics to measure the effectiveness of the compliance program.
  7. Investigate and respond to any reported compliance concerns or violations in a timely and thorough manner.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all compliance activities and investigations.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external regulatory agencies and act as the point of contact for compliance inquiries.
  10. Communicate regularly with senior management on compliance issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  11. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations related to managed care.
  12. Serve as an advisor and subject matter expert on managed care compliance matters to support business decisions.
  13. Participate in industry conferences and seminars to stay informed on emerging compliance trends and best practices.
  14. Continuously assess and improve the managed care compliance program to ensure it meets the needs of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managed Care Compliance Or A Related Field

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Managed Care, Including But Not Limited To Medicare, Medicaid, And Hipaa

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Regulatory Requirements To Stakeholders At All Levels

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Compliance Risks And Develop Effective Solutions To Mitigate Them.
