  1. Develop and implement compliance programs for managed care clients in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Monitor and assess compliance risks for managed care clients and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  3. Conduct audits and reviews of managed care operations to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
  4. Provide guidance and support to managed care clients on compliance matters, including interpretation of laws and regulations and best practices.
  5. Stay up-to-date on changes and updates to managed care regulations and communicate relevant information to clients.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address potential compliance issues.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with managed care clients and serve as a trusted advisor on compliance matters.
  8. Train and educate team members and clients on compliance policies, procedures, and regulations.
  9. Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory agencies as required.
  10. Review and revise policies and procedures to ensure compliance with changing regulations.
  11. Lead and manage a team of compliance professionals, providing guidance, direction, and performance evaluations.
  12. Participate in industry events and conferences to stay current on managed care compliance trends and best practices.
  13. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in managing compliance for managed care clients.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for complex compliance issues.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert on managed care compliance for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Compliance, Preferably In A Managed Care Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Managed Care, Including Medicare And Medicaid.

  • Strong Understanding Of Managed Care Contracts, Provider Networks, And Reimbursement Methodologies.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Compliance Policies And Procedures, As Well As Conducting Audits And Investigations.
