  1. Develop and implement managed care compliance policies and procedures for the company.
  2. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the company's managed care compliance program.
  3. Stay up-to-date on all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to managed care compliance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential compliance risks and provide guidance on mitigation strategies.
  5. Conduct audits and reviews of managed care programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Provide training and education to employees on managed care compliance policies and procedures.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on managed care compliance matters for the company.
  8. Identify areas for improvement in the company's managed care compliance program and recommend and implement solutions.
  9. Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies regarding managed care compliance.
  10. Communicate and report on the status of managed care compliance to senior management and stakeholders.
  11. Lead investigations into potential compliance violations and develop corrective action plans.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all managed care compliance activities.
  13. Serve as a mentor and resource for junior compliance team members.
  14. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure their managed care programs are in compliance with regulations.
  15. Represent the company at industry conferences and events related to managed care compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Operations, Including Claims Processing, Provider Contracting, And Utilization Management

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compliance Management Within The Managed Care Industry

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Managed Care, Including Cms Guidelines And Hipaa

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As Well As The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Effectively.
