Job Description

PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to join our team as a Senior Manager in our Leadership, Talent, and Organization group. In this highly visible and challenging role, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving a wide range of projects related to executive and team development, talent management, succession planning, and organizational design and effectiveness.We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a consulting environment, with an undergraduate degree and a strong understanding of current trends in human capital management and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving high-impact changes in the organization, a flair for building relationships, and a strong track record in project management, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
