Job Description

PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) is looking for an experienced Large Account Management and Operations Manager to lead our team in the management of our large accounts. Our ideal candidate should have a demonstrated history of success in delivering results in a fast-paced environment and a strong aptitude for problem solving. The successful candidate must possess a keen eye for detail and have exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. As a Large Account Management and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the large account management process. To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Business Administration or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in an operations or account management role. You should also have a comprehensive understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of the financial services industry and experience with CRM systems will be an asset.
