In this role, you will use your technical expertise and leadership skills to drive the implementation of automated testing solutions and ensure the delivery of high-quality Guidewire projects.   1. Develop and implement automated testing solutions for Guidewire projects.
  2. Lead a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design testing strategies.
  4. Develop and maintain test plans, scripts, and other testing documentation.
  5. Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify and report defects.
  6. Troubleshoot and debug issues identified during testing and work closely with development teams to resolve them.
  7. Continuously improve and optimize the automated testing process.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and tools for automated testing.
  9. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including project managers and business analysts.
  10. Mentor and train team members on automated testing techniques and tools.
  11. Ensure adherence to quality standards and processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  12. Proactively identify potential risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
  13. Collaborate with project managers to develop project timelines and provide input on testing efforts.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on Guidewire and provide guidance and support to the team on complex technical issues.
  15. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the QA team.
  16. Participate in client meetings and presentations to provide updates on QA progress and identify any concerns or issues.
  17. Stay organized and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
  18. Act as a liaison between the QA team and other project stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  19. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  20. Strive for excellence in all aspects of the role and uphold the company's reputation for delivering high-quality projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Testing And Quality Assurance

  • Strong Experience With Guidewire Software And Automation Testing Tools Such As Selenium Or Appium

  • Excellent Understanding Of Qa Processes And Methodologies, Including Agile And Devops

  • Proven Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team Of Qa Engineers And Coordinate With Cross-Functional Teams.
