  1. Develop and implement automated testing strategies for Guidewire projects, ensuring high-quality and efficient delivery.
  2. Lead a team of QA automation engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  3. Design and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts to thoroughly test Guidewire applications for functionality, performance, and reliability.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to identify and resolve quality issues.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation testing tools and techniques to continuously improve the QA process.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert on Guidewire and provide guidance to team members and stakeholders on best practices and standards.
  7. Monitor and analyze test results, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation of testing processes, procedures, and results for future reference.
  9. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and provide regular updates on testing progress, issues, and risks.
  10. Mentor and train team members on automation testing techniques, processes, and tools to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  11. Collaborate with project managers to ensure testing activities are aligned with project timelines and deliverables.
  12. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.
  13. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to quality assurance and testing.
  14. Contribute to the continuous improvement of PricewaterhouseCoopers' QA processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Quality Assurance And Automation Testing.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Guidewire Insurancesuite Products And Testing Methodologies.

  • Hands-On Experience With Automation Testing Tools Such As Selenium, Cucumber, Or Jmeter.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills With Previous Experience Leading A Team Of Qa Testers.
