
Guidewire QA Automation Lead

- Develop and implement automated testing strategies for Guidewire projects, ensuring high-quality and efficient delivery.
- Lead a team of QA automation engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
- Design and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts to thoroughly test Guidewire applications for functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation testing tools and techniques to continuously improve the QA process.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Guidewire and provide guidance to team members and stakeholders on best practices and standards.
- Monitor and analyze test results, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and maintain documentation of testing processes, procedures, and results for future reference.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and provide regular updates on testing progress, issues, and risks.
- Mentor and train team members on automation testing techniques, processes, and tools to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure testing activities are aligned with project timelines and deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to quality assurance and testing.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of PricewaterhouseCoopers' QA processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Quality Assurance And Automation Testing.
Strong Knowledge Of Guidewire Insurancesuite Products And Testing Methodologies.
Hands-On Experience With Automation Testing Tools Such As Selenium, Cucumber, Or Jmeter.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills With Previous Experience Leading A Team Of Qa Testers.
