  1. Develop and maintain Guidewire applications for PwC clients.
  2. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other team members to gather requirements and design solutions.
  3. Write code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
  4. Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.
  5. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Guidewire technology.
  6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues.
  8. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
  9. Proactively identify areas for process and efficiency improvements.
  10. Stay organized and meet project deadlines while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and identify new opportunities for growth.
  12. Continuously learn and grow in technical and professional skills to effectively contribute to the team's success.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and privacy guidelines.
  14. Represent PwC in a professional manner and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Guidewire Development, Including Proficiency In Guidewire Policycenter, Claimcenter, And/Or Billingcenter.

  • Strong Understanding Of Insurance Industry Processes And Workflows.

  • Experience Working With Agile Development Methodologies.
