  1. Lead and manage the implementation of advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) and grid modernization projects for clients.
  2. Utilize expertise in energy market trends and emerging technologies to advise clients on strategic decisions.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in energy management.
  5. Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to grid modernization and AMI implementation.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within budget and timeline.
  7. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure project goals and objectives are met.
  8. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
  9. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  10. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during project implementation.
  11. Communicate project updates and results to senior management and make recommendations for future projects.
  12. Stay informed of the latest developments and advancements in the energy industry to continuously improve services offered to clients.
  13. Foster a culture of sustainability and promote environmentally-friendly practices within projects and client organizations.
  14. Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify new business opportunities and promote services.
  15. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Grid Modernization And/Or Advanced Metering Infrastructure (Ami) Implementation Projects.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Grid Modernization And Ami, Such As Nist, Ieee, And Ferc.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, Including Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Budgets And Timelines.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
