  1. Manage and maintain the global network infrastructure for PricewaterhouseCoopers, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
  2. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any network issues to minimize downtime and ensure a smooth user experience.
  3. Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against potential threats and ensure data confidentiality.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support network solutions that meet business needs.
  5. Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams and standard operating procedures.
  6. Work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective resolution of any network-related issues.
  7. Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to continually improve network operations and infrastructure.
  8. Participate in the planning and execution of network upgrades and migrations.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members to build a strong and knowledgeable network operations team.
  10. Communicate updates and changes to the network infrastructure to stakeholders and other teams within the organization.
  11. Adhere to network security and compliance policies and procedures.
  12. Continuously monitor network performance and recommend improvements for optimization and cost reduction.
  13. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance to support business initiatives.
  14. Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues that may impact network operations.
  15. Collaborate with global network teams to support and maintain a cohesive and standardized network infrastructure across all regions.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Network Operations, Preferably In A Global Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Network Infrastructure, Including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, And Load Balancers.

  • Familiarity With Network Security Protocols And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Prioritize Multiple Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
