  1. Lead and manage the Financial Risk & Reg - Tech & Analytics team, ensuring that all projects and tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing expert guidance and support.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments in financial risk and regulatory technology and analytics.
  4. Utilize your extensive knowledge and experience in finance, risk management, and technology to provide innovative solutions and strategies to clients.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technology-driven solutions for clients' risk and compliance challenges.
  6. Manage and oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the satisfaction of clients.
  7. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and excel in their roles.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure continuous improvement and development.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert, providing thought leadership and insights to clients and colleagues on financial risk and regulatory technology and analytics.
  10. Support business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and showcasing the firm's capabilities and expertise.
  11. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  12. Represent the firm professionally and uphold its values and standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Or Data Analytics.

  • Strong Understanding Of Relevant Regulations And Industry Standards, Such As Basel Iii, Dodd-Frank, Or Ifrs.

  • Experience With Implementing And Managing Technology Solutions For Financial Risk Management And Regulatory Compliance.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Provide Actionable Insights To Clients.
