  1. Lead and manage a team of professionals in the Financial Risk & Regulatory department.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for utilizing technology and analytics to address financial risk and regulatory compliance challenges.
  3. Work closely with top-tier clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the constantly evolving landscape of financial regulations and ensure compliance for clients.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential risks.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to integrate technology solutions into overall risk management strategies.
  7. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical and analytical skills.
  8. Proactively identify opportunities for business growth and development.
  9. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  10. Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Financial Risk Management And Regulatory Compliance, Including A Strong Understanding Of Relevant Laws And Regulations Such As Basel Iii, Dodd-Frank, And Sarbanes-Oxley.

  • Proficiency In Utilizing Technology And Data Analytics Tools To Identify, Assess, And Mitigate Financial Risks, As Well As To Monitor And Report On Regulatory Compliance. This Includes Expertise In Data Analysis, Modeling, And Visualization Techniques.

  • Proven Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Oversee A Team And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels, Including Senior Management And Regulatory Bodies.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Markets And Products, Including Derivatives, Securities, And Other Complex Financial Instruments. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Potential Risks Associated With These Products.

  • Advanced Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field, With At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Financial Risk Management And Regulatory Compliance. Relevant Certifications Such As Frm (Financial Risk Manager) Or Cfa (Chartered Financial Analyst) May Also Be Required.
