Strong Understanding Of Financial Risk Management Principles: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Financial Risk Management Concepts And Techniques, Including Risk Identification, Measurement, And Mitigation Strategies.
Regulatory Knowledge: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Financial Regulations And Requirements, Such As Basel Iii, Dodd-Frank, And Ccar, And Be Able To Apply Them To Resolution Planning And Risk Management Processes.
Experience In Resolution Planning: The Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Developing And Implementing Resolution Plans For Financial Institutions, Including Stress Testing, Capital Planning, And Recovery And Resolution Strategies.
Regulatory Compliance Expertise: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Regulatory Compliance And Be Able To Identify And Address Any Potential Compliance Issues Related To Resolution Planning.
