  1. Develop and implement strategies for managing financial risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Lead and oversee a team of financial risk and regulatory professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide expert insights and guidance to clients.
  4. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of concern for clients.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and compliance, to develop integrated risk management solutions.
  6. Communicate complex financial concepts and regulatory requirements to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor for their financial risk and regulatory needs.
  8. Drive business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities with both existing and potential clients.
  9. Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
  10. Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and meetings to showcase our expertise in financial risk and regulatory management.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Knowledge Of Financial Risk Management Principles And Techniques, With A Focus On Liquidity Risk Within The Financial Services Industry.

  • A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Relevant Experience In A Risk Management Or Regulatory Role, Preferably In A Financial Services Firm Or Consulting Firm.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices Related To Liquidity Risk Management, Including Basel Iii And Other Relevant Regulations.

  • Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Teams, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Concepts And Findings To Clients And Stakeholders.

  • A Graduate Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field, With Relevant Professional Certifications (E.g. Frm, Cfa, Cpa) Being A Plus.
