  1. Conduct financial analysis and valuation of real estate assets using various methodologies and techniques.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the financial markets and real estate industry.
  3. Lead and manage teams to successfully deliver high-quality and timely projects.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Markets And Real Estate Valuations, With A Focus On Complex Transactions And Assets.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Valuation Methodologies, Including Discounted Cash Flow, Market Approach, And Cost Approach.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Financial Data And Market Trends To Provide Accurate Valuations.

  • Professional Certification Such As Certified Public Accountant (Cpa), Chartered Financial Analyst (Cfa), Or Accredited Senior Appraiser (Asa) Is Preferred.
