  4. Stay updated on current market trends and regulations to provide informed insights and recommendations to clients.
  5. Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure the success of real estate transactions.
  6. Prepare high-quality financial reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management to provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
  8. Utilize advanced financial modeling techniques to analyze and forecast potential outcomes of real estate transactions.
  9. Participate in business development activities, including networking and proposal preparation, to attract new clients and expand business opportunities.
  10. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards to maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

Job Qualifications
