  1. Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on real estate transactions, including market research, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
  2. Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on analysis and market trends.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify key insights, and develop client presentations.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and building trust.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and market trends to inform decision-making and provide expert insights to clients.
  6. Prepare and present financial reports, including financial statements and forecasts, to clients and internal stakeholders.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  8. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  9. Mentor and train junior team members on financial analysis and transaction processes.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  11. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and data security.
  14. Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as needed to support the team and company goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Experience In Financial Markets And Real Estate Transactions, Either Through Previous Work Experience Or Coursework.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Principles And Techniques, Including Valuation, Risk Management, And Financial Analysis.

  • Familiarity With Relevant Laws And Regulations, Such As Sec Reporting Requirements And Tax Laws Related To Real Estate Transactions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As The Role Involves Working Closely With Clients And Team Members To Deliver High-Quality Services.
