  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis on the financial and real estate industries to stay updated on market trends, regulations, and best practices.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and building trust as a reliable and knowledgeable advisor.

  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and deliverables.

  8. Conduct due diligence and financial analysis to support transactions and deals.
  9. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues for clients.
  10. Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
  12. Represent PwC at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and promoting services.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards while handling sensitive client information.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Real Estate, Or Related Field.

  • Previous Experience In Financial Markets And Real Estate Transactions, Preferably In A Consulting Or Advisory Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Principles, Including Risk Management, Valuation, And Investment Analysis.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Financial Data.

  • Familiarity With Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards, Such As Sec And Finra Guidelines.
