  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new financial strategies.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to treasury and working capital management.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
  7. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients at all levels, including presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
  9. Conduct financial risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  10. Monitor and track financial performance metrics and provide regular reports to clients.
  11. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver training programs on financial best practices.
  12. Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate them into financial strategies for clients.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  14. Proactively identify opportunities for business development and contribute to the growth of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Treasury And Working Capital Management, Preferably In A Consulting Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Financial Systems And Processes, As Well As Experience With Implementing Financial Technology Solutions.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Manage Teams Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Concepts To Clients.
